They charged us for our storage unit twice in one day. We keep trying to get a hold of someone to either refund that money or put it towards this months payment. We can’t reach ANYONE!!!!!! With the virus going around, we are hard on money and can’t take a huge hit like this again. I’m fed up with getting recordings and not speaking to a person. Very disappointing

I would highly advise you to not rent a storage unit here. The units themselves are fine. The billing is a mess. Then when you call customer service to ask why they increased your storage unit fee, you talk to someone at the headquarters of Infinite Self Storage, no one in La Porte. They leave a message for the manager of the La Porte facility to contact you... then he/she never does contacts you which puts you in this vicious cycle of you calling their headquarters and never getting your billing issues solved because the facility managers are in charge of billing.nnI had two storage units there; one for my business and another for personal use. They increased the rates of the business one, but not the other storage unit. For 6+ months I had two units of the exact same size with a price spread of $90- $74.

When I rented my unit I requested that I get a call in re: a climate controlled unit....never to receive a call. Was assured of the 24hr surveillance and a local person running it. NOT! Well at first there was a physical office across the street. Closed up, office never informed. Raised prices, inferior to no lighting, and obviously the cameras are dummies. As with others I have made several calls to never get a returned call. Now my bill says Loveland Storage? Wasn't aware that it even sold? Moving my things this spring to a much much nicer facility that does have cameras and staff on site.
