Sammy is the best! I came in with bright orange hair and I was pretty dramatic when I first came in but she explained what she was doing and was super patient with me!
Overall, I cant complain much because you get what you pay for, and $19 isn't bad for a haircut. The stylist I had (Sammie) was kind, and offered several treatments for my hair as it is pretty badly damaged from coloring. The haircut though... not even worth $19. It looked fine when it was wet, and combed completely straight, but when it dried I found that the layers were not blended at all, some were way too short, and the overall shape was very unattractive. I did mention several times that my hair dries curly, but it doesnt seem like that was really taken into account as the cut does not work with my curl pattern at all. Probably wont be using this place again.
The haircut I got was great, but the service was terrible. They were very understaffed so whenever someone came in to make an appointment or buy something my stylist left me to tend to them. She was nice enough, but I was there for an hour for a wash and cut.
Lady named Mary was very rude to my 12 year old grandson when brought there for a haircut on 8/10. Completely uncalled for and unprofessional!! So much for a great experience!
The employees are Always nice and I have never gotten a bad haircut from here.
