I just started yoga and was a little nervous I find beginner classes a little boring but felt overwhelmed at regular classes at other studios I tried out, not at Go Aerial! The level 1 & 2 class works well for me I can see what I should be doing and what I want to work up to. If you are thinking of trying yoga but are unsure definitely check it out. They also have free babysitting available which helps me out tremendously!! I’ve also tried the aerial yoga class and I’m hooked. If you are new to yoga don’t be afraid to try aerial yoga you’ll be amazed at what you can do. The instructors I’ve had so far are April & Jenna they have been super helpful!

Classes are amazing and teachers are good

My friend and I had never tried yoga but we have been to a couple classes now at Go Arial and we are going to keep going back weekly. The instructors are very friendly and helpful. Their classes are so much fun, great for anyone, experienced or beginners!
