Best place to be to workout for whatever reason for.me its weight loss and to sort through my depression and mental health issues it is my home away from home my safe haven. And I absolutely love this place.

Rustic gym with 24/7 access and many times when I go it's just me there. Very nice.

Very comfortable atmosphere, small crowd, and lots of machines. Great if you don't do well in big crowds.

Good Gym to work out, 24 hours. No contract and economical. Equipment seems to be available alot as well. Just need cups for water when late night workout. They have water machines just seem to be short on cups to get the water, but other than that it's a good gym.

I go there 3 days a week and its clean and well equip.
