Clean environment and very welcoming staff. No one judges you either. Very encouraging

When I still lived in Indiana I thought the gym was decent enough, although they charge alot more for membership than any other gym in the area. I didn't care to much for the fact that they force you to sign up for 12-18 months. But I was committed to losing weight and my schedule is crazy. But I moved out of state 3 months ago and despite requesting that they cancel my membership with proof, they continue to charge me. I would encourage anyone who is not 100% sure they want to keep the membership the entire length of time to consider another gym.

EditednnMy wife and i had an appointment here to sign up for memberships, but when we arrived 15 minutes early we ended up waiting over an hour before we were seen and when we finally were seen the employee was rushed and told us they had an appointment coming up so we couldn't finish signing up that day. When we let her know we had an appointment almost an hour ago, they said that we were late so we would need to make a new one. Quiet, clean, and with a variety of machines. Also open 24/7 and with a secured I.D. tag entrance only. Never had any issues here during the late hours I go from 9pm to 1am.

I still wondering why they so pricy just to start off is like $100 like what? Lol u trying to pay $50 for a monthly membership when there is others for 10 or 20 a month yeah
