Questionable cars with a bogus warranty. Staff seemed nice until my car had a problem the day after I bought it. Then the warranty center wanted to charge me... Yeah unless it's your only option it shouldn't be one in the first place.
I think they take a vantage of people that have bad credit or do not make much money for a vehicle charge way more than what the cars worth
This is the absolute worst place! They lie to you about what's covered under the warranty and then are ABSOLUTELY NO HELP WHAT SO EVER! The manager from the Michigan City Store is an absolute condescending jerk who doesn't care to help customer. Managers a don't answer phone calls on their days off even though everywhere else in the business world if a Manger is off and the store has issues they answer the phone. Was told by a mechanic that the vehicle is basically a death trap. Go figure they say it's not covered by warranty but I haven't even had the car 1 week... over 2K to get the car to be safe to drive! They won't do anything!!!! BBB AND LAWYER ARE DEFINITELY MY NEXT MOVE! The lady Deana is really nice and tries to do what she can. Jackie too, she is really helpful.nNEVER GO HERE!
