There always there to fix my wife van right
La Porte Chrysler was extremely helpful when servicing my car! They were able to have me bring it in right away to be looked at, gave me a quote at a great price, and finished the work in just a few days. Not to mention, Ron was so friendly, cooperative, and explained everything in great deal. You can definitely tell her cares about the work he’s doing!nThanks for all of your help :)
I truly enjoyed my experience , my sale guy Tim was very helpful and very helpful. Dave my finance guy was professional as well as helpful through my whole process. Their prices are very fair the people through out the place were wonderful. I'm telling anyone and everyone who is interested in purchasing a car to go to La Port Chrysler, not only will you get a wonderful car as well as a fair deal but be greeted by some of the finest people ever. I can't say enough how much I enjoyed my experience.
Horrible service. We walked in and the salesman that *eventually* greeted us was rude and unwelcoming. (He is the big guy that sits at the desk directly to the right when you walk in the door.)nnWe came in to look at a specific car on the lot. The salesman found out it was traded to a different dealership-- no problem. But he never offered to show us the other vehicle (same model, just different color) that they did have available. Actually, after telling us that the vehicle we originally were interested in wasn't available, the salesman completely disappeared.nnWe ended up leaving the dealership and went to the Michigan City Chrysler Dealer. We had an AMAZING experience in a much cleaner and friendlier environment and ended up driving off the lot in a new car. Save yourself from having an unpleasant experience and avoid this dealership. Michigan City Chrysler Dodge is just 15 minutes down the road and I PROMISE you will be much happier.
Tim Smith was WONDERFUL to work with. I was a little hesitant to do an online vehicle purchase but with my job I wasn't really able to drive 3+ hours away. I would definitely recommend this dealership and salesman. Everything went smoothly. The delivery went great as well. Waiting in my driveway was my new Jeep Gladiator!!
