It's time for everyone to move onto something new
I roll through this McDonald's very early in the morning on my way to work. The morning staff here is impeccable. They are kind and welcoming. They remember orders, it is the little things that they pay attention to and it shows. probably one of the best experiences at a McDonald's I have.sometimes it is easy to think that good customer service may be lost, but then you find a gem like this. Keep doing what you're doing!
Just another McD not much to add. Although they did screw my order up.
We ordered food (4 cheeseburgers, 2 large fries and. Large iced tea.) It was after 2pm, so not real bust. We were told to pull into parking spot #1. . After 5 cars went through and nobody else was in line, we still had not receive our food. I walked inside and a very very polite worker assisted me in getting our food. Why am I asked to pull forward? Am I less important than the people behind me? I was there before them... if it weren't for the polite worker, we would never go back. That young lady was kind, polite and understands good customer service. She deserves acknowledgement. The lady who told us to pull forward should be re-trained. She was less than helpful.
It's McDonald's, I can't even remember the last time I had eaten at McDonald's. Only thing opened after I landed at the airport and hadn't eaten all day long. They had me pull off to the side and wait for my food saying that they were making my french fries fresh, their idea of fresh and my idea of fresh are two totally different things you could actually bend my fries into like a figure eight they were so soggy and cold.
