Great family ran business! Very friendly atmosphere. Everyone’s working out but laughing and chatting with each other. The most friendly gym I can say I have even been to. They also have homemade protein shakes and protein bombs to fuel your muscles after a workout. The snicker shake is my favorite! Highly recommend this place. They even have assisted equipment for handicaps or wheelchair bound people to get some mobility and movement.
Great place. Owners are very helpful and very friendly. I was traveling and only used the facility 4 days. They treated me like I was a life time member.
