Best place to bring your Rv for repairs! Debbie and Mark and staff are amazing and very accommodating! Sincerely Linda Nevitt and Robert Stoeckert ud83dudc9c

Needed a part to be able to use my highlander camper, they have been little to no help trying to find part. Thinking buying another brand might be around the corner, since I cant use my current highlander.

Lazy Days RV sure poured the coals to us. 3 months after the purchase loose fixtures, constant screws discovered from falling out of , refrigerator gave up, soft flooring all through kitchen, dining areas, no help. Geez.

Buyer beware!!!! Do not buy Open Range. Two years after purchasing a 2018 Open Range 388 RKS 5th wheel, there are soft spots in the floor in the living room area and kitchen and the slide with the dining table and Refrigerator and pantry on it. The slide appears to be falling down. The unit has a 3 year structural warranty and the company, which is now owned by Jayco is saying that repairs are not covered under this warranty. How is it that the floor is not part of the structure?? We found out that the floors are made with a vacuum bonded process, like the walls and somtimes this comes apart. Apparently this process has been in use since 2016. This does not work for floors!nWe did not know that Highland Ridge was owned by Jayco. I had done extensive research on Highland Ridge products before we bought and thought we were getting a well built RV. Apparently not! Found out that Jayco has owned Highland Ridge since 2014, but it was kept quiet. The parent company of Jayco is now Thor industries. Can you believe that Thor really wants products like this to tarnish their image. Had we known this, we would have not bought this 5th wheel. Jayco doesn't stand behind their products and doesn't honor it's warranties.Their products are cheaply built. Our 5th wheel is paid for and now our 80 thousand dollar retirement dream RV is falling apart!!
