I love this pizza hut.....most of the time. I love the delivery drivers and always tip above and beyond. But......when I ask for extra sauce, and it comes dry time after time (like zero sauce)...it does get old.....especially when I put i want extra sauce and emphasize it. The drivers are awesome though....love them....I know they aren't making it.....but come on. Its every single time!
If I could give it 0 stars, I would. By far the worst establishment, EVER. Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 breadsticks on the app. Was told 30-40 minutes. Show up at my time and she tells me it's not cold, that it hasn't even been made yet and could be 1-2 hours wait. Excuse me? Then says she will go check on my order. Wait 20 minutes, never was acknowledged again, so I left. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION!
Ordered it online picked it up 10 mins later ! Food was correct , hot and it was delicious! Cant complain about that at all!nnThe only thing I didnt care for was the confusion we all had! So You order it online they put a $10 hold on your card. Even though you're not paying for it online, You pay when you pick up your pizza. But if you order it at the store or by phone they don't put $10 hold on your card!?!?!?! It made absolutely no sense to me :/either way you're still paying at the stores actual location ...
I ordered pizza at 10:59 during 10/17/20. I guess they were in such a rush that they forgot about customer quality and service. I honestly would expect better from Pizza Hut since they've been in Sturgis for the longest time. Nothing but disappointment and distrust from this company. I honestly believe this is one of the worst stores. Trust me I've been to KFC and this is worst than that. Fix this. I guess other stores can out pizza the hut. Disappointed once again.
Can't beat a Pizza Hut pizzas! Fresh and plentiful in meat or veggies.
