Two great experiences here on road trips over the years. First year (2017) a stop-in to pick up a rain jacket turned into a great couple of hours with the friendly people here who made me feel like family. This year (2020) when my bike had some crazy electrical thing going on 1200 miles from home I chose to call these guys (who don't know me from 1200 miles away) for ideas on dealing with the electrical issue, got it started and headed south to Santa Fe instead of North due to the 2017 experience. Rolled into the parking lot and Jimmy, lunch bag in hand, heard the high idle and immediately came over immediately point it out and lend a hand. Just the kind of thing you can expect from these guys. Long story short, I traded in my bike with them that day. They didn't have exactly what I wanted but they not only pulled some accessories off of my bike, they swapped tins on two they had in stock. They got this done in a day on a three-day holiday weekend and I couldn't be more grateful. Even if you don't plan on buying a bike, don't be reluctant to stop in and get to know them. They are a great group and, well, you just never know!

Not much in the way of new Harleys.

What a great experience! I was travelling from Austin, TX thru NM and my front started to wobble pretty bad from left to right at slow speeds and worse at high speeds. So I was in Santa Fe for a Friday night stay and decided to find a HD dealer to have it checked out before I head back to Texas. I made an appointment with their live chat for Saturday morning. I showed up when they opened and they took me in right away. They put two guys on it and did some investigation. They found the issue was 5 loose rear spokes and 8lbs too low air pressure. They checked a few more items around wheel bearings and steering bushings and those checked out fine. I was out of there in less than two hours and back on the road with no wobble and running straight like it should. These guys are good! David Pearson the Service Manager was awesome and so was Justin Bergom the service writer and technician. I highly recommend this dealership!! Thanks again, (I made it home just fine with no more issues) Brian Duran

Cam was an excellent salesmen at Santa Fe Harley. He walked me through everything and kept us informed of everything that was going on. Overall it was an excellent experience and I could not be happier with my 14 Street Glide Special!

They did work on my bike and said it needed a new starter. They did that reworked the carborator and fixed the turn signals they messed up for a thousand dollars. Then wanted to charge me an extra 400 to look at the motor. So I took it to someone else who said all they did was loosen up the bikes handle bars soder a wire from the starter to the ignition and mess up the carborator. DON'T USE THESE GUYS TO SERVICE YOUR BIKE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. (Edit:1) Just so the whole story is known. We got the old starter that started just fine no other parts were given back. The bike started regular twice a month for a good 30 minutes cause my dad had surgery and wasn't motorcycle ready but he still started it as usual most of the time just replacing spark plugs as needed. Till a month ago it was just a short in a wire that got poorly soldered. We didn't get to speak to the mechanic who worked on the bike for some reason, so we found a mechanic who is worth his salt and that said the carborator was set in a way to where it would stall and flood the engine after being "rebuilt" he replaced the parts that weren't worked on but we're charged and got it working amazing for a fraction of the price and with honestly to boot. This bike means the world to my Dad so that's why he chose to let it go, but I still think it's wrong to take advantage of an man about to turn 80 who had so much trust in this place he paid upfront only to be told it might need thousands of dollars of work after that just to get it going again. Again I wouldn't trust these guys find Anyone else.
