They have delicious subs and are very efficient.
Ordered delivery via the app. It took a half hour to get (and we live less than 2 minutes away) and then one of the sandwiches was wrong. We took it apart and ate the acceptable parts. I then called to see about a partial credit and was told they could come pick up the wrong sandwich and deliver the right one. Really? When I told them it had already been eaten they said they could not give us a credit. So not only was it not fast but they would not correct their mistake.
Food was good. Most employees wearing mask correctly, 2 doing the under-the-nose thing.
I get sandwiches from here at least three times a week in the summer for myself and co-workers. I speak for us all when I say they have the best food and best service. I've never had a bad experience here. If I'm in a hurry I don't have to worry because the sandwiches are always made freaky fast. Also the employees are so friendly and full of customer care. Best sandwiches ever!!
EDIT: Have returned b/c of convenience of location. Service is much improved. Still kinda slow but thats doable. The employees are friendly & they have actually been getting our order right. Thanks!nnBeen to this location many times had mishappens more often than not & will not be returning to this location. Food is ok. Service is not. The younger people (I would guess to say 16 yr-25 yr? Coming from a 37 yr old) that tend to be in there working & managing seem to be clueless about customer service skills & have a chip on shoulder. No matter the situation they are right & you will be wrong. It can't possibly be their listening skills that need to be improved.....you the consumer just don't know how or what you are ordering. Good luck to furture customers be prepared to have sub-par service.
