Excellent instructors! Especially Kelly!

Great little studio. The yoga classes with Corinne are the best. I would probably use the equipment there if it was a bit more spacious (I prefer to run outside or climb,) but I have several friends who love the personal trainer service. The other general workout classes are very fun too - I love Hip Hop, TRX, and Body Sculpt there. A fun, safe place to get your move on.

So much more than a gym. It's a beautiful place of rest, transformation and a community of friends who encourage each other to be their best self.
