Just went in for a nice shirt, came out with a lot.

Friendly people ...nice selection of clearance items. A little pricey but worth a look.

Very poor customer service. No clerk's in the department I was buying from. Had to do to Bedding to be rung up. The clerk was nasty to the customer before us, and then took someone else ahead of us even though we we're in line first. I only had six blouses and the women ahead of us had a return, needed help away from the register, needed to be rung up with the new items. We walked away, hung the blouses back on a rake and walked out. My husband asked why there wasn't any more clerks and the clerk nastily replied, " I don't know, I guess you better ask Mr. Dillard. I worked for Dillard's some years back during Thanksgiving and Christmas. If I had treated a customer like this, I would have been fired. We ONLY came to Santa Fe to buy clothing FROM Dillard's. It was 100 mile round trip. And all we left with was nasty comments and treated like 2nd class customers.

Very Clean & Sanitized. Great Customer Service. Very knowledgeable and Friendly. Thank you Carolyn & Kaitlyn for everything & helping me what I needed. Checked out fast. See you guys next time
