they sold me a van and the ac and the power steering was leaking. They agreed to fix the issues and i put a $500 non refundable deposit. When they called and said the van was fixed i drove an hour and a half to pick it up. Paid the van off in full. i got in the van and started down the road and the ac want working at all when they said they fixed it. THEY LIE. i got about 15 miles down the road and the van dies at a stop sign and barly started back up and was stuck in low gear and wasnt safe to drive. i pulled over in a parking lot and shut it off. I started checking the fluids and noticed the power steering was leaking they said they fixed.THEY LIE. i callled and returned the van and they said they would get it fixed. This happened 3 times i drove up there an hour and a half, and the say the fixed it and didnt. When i got it home with leaky power steering and no ac, my wife drove it 3 day and the fuel pump when out. Before selling me the van the told me it had a new fuel pump. THEY LIE. The pump has never been changed. i put a new on in the van and it was getting ready to start and the starter went bad. I would say that one was just bad luck. Now i still dont have a running van. I refuse to deal with these people any more they will just lie and steal your money. RYMANS AUTO CONNECTION IS A STEALERSHIP!

Discussed the purchase of a truck. Had everything figured out and was waiting on ryman to finish a document. Call two days later and got told someone purchased the vehicle. Wouldnt suggest doing business with them. The truck also had a poor carfax report that ryman denied.

Looked at a jeep that had torn seat and dirty, said they would call me first when it was ready. A week later I bought elsewhere.
