We made the trip from Fort Wayne to Warsaw because Ryan Motors had a few vehicles we wanted to check out. And it was definitely worth the trip! We found the perfect car for our family. Excellent condition and very reasonably priced! Their service was personable and friendly while not at all pushy; they gave us space to check out the vehicles and were available as needed to answer questions.nnWe will definitely be recommending them to friends and family, and if we are in future need of another car, we know where to go! I am a first-time car buyer, and Ryan Motors was the definitely the best experience I could have asked for. I got an amazing vehicle at an amazing price, and I am overjoyed. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this place. They evidently do their best to cover up everything that’s wrong with the vehicle. Oil dipstick was conveniently broken off of vehicle we purchased. Oh they had it fixed but a few months later the transmission had to be replaced for over $2000. Our mechanic said it’s likely it was broken on purpose and probably had honey oil or other matter put in it to cover up a failing transmission. The sunroof leaked profusely and there is no way they could not have known it. Those are only a few of the many problems found. In my opinion they are crooks. Buyer beware!
I didn't buy a car from Mr Ryan, yet. But I probably will. He is up front, honest, a straight shooter so to speak. I didn't feel like my wallet was in danger. He was totally willing to go into details about the car I want with me, but zero pressure. One of the few good guys in that business, worth traveling to Warsaw for.
