This afternoon , my wife and I visited the McDonald’s on Commerce Drive. We ordered two Quarter-pound hamburger meals. Both hamburgers were under cooked and the manager was kind enough to replace both items without any problem or argument. The staff were very professional and really put forth an effort to make our visit a good one. The hamburgers were very good. So kudos to the manager for caring enough to make our visit a memorable visit. It was refreshing to see this particular restaurant welling to go above and beyond to please their customer base.
The cashier (unfortunately wasn't able to get his name) paid for the guys food ahead of me cuz the guy was low on funds. The cashier just simply requested to pay it forward. The cashier was very friendly and funny. Would definitely recommend anyone to come to this McDonald's. Fast and friendly service! Two big thumbs up!ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

Denise and Vickie as normal were rocking the DT. If it's either of them I have no problems. Also there is Allie at the first window and an older lady that normally is in 2nd window that we really appreciate her help and service. However the manager who brought the rest of our food out looked a mess was rude and her whole belly was hanging out! YUCK!
I take my boyfriend to work at 5:30 and the early morning shift crew are the NICEST and most helpful people ever!
