McDonald's

This McDonald's has improved over the last few weeks. I've not been in their drive through for more than 10 minutes even if they're super busy while before I've been in the drive thru for 20 minutes before all because my 3 year old grandson wanted a happy meal . So you're doing better guys and your customers appreciate it. My only complaint lately is forgetting the nuggets dipping sauce which is the end of the world for a 3 year old ud83eudd23. Other than that you're doing better now days.

The best McDonald's we have been to. The orders are always correct (we don't make it easy), food is hot (or cold if it's supposed to be) and quality is top rate. If you want a McDonald's this may be the only one for 50 miles in any direction worth going to. Even the staff is friendly and helpful, a rare thing to find in any McDonald's.

Sweet tea had no sugar.. They refused to give me the correct tea. Only offering a few sugar packs which weren't nearly enough and i could hardly get it desolved in the already cold iced tea anyway. I wound up not drinking it. Complete waste of money

Our experience here last night was absolutely HORRIBLE! November 5 about 7pm my husband and I had went and run errands and decided to grab the kids food since it was already getting late to cook dinner..First we decided to walk in since the drive thru was pretty long and we already had cranky kids. We had one lady in front of us and they had someone who just started and didn’t know how to do anything by hisself..which is not his fault at all! But he had no help at all and since it was taking about 25 minutes to order we decide to just go threw the drive thru since it has went down. We get up there to order and at the time we did not know that they changed the $3 bundle where you had to get a sandwich and medium frie instead of doing 2 medium fries like you could before...so after we had to repeat our order 10 times and and reassure everything was fine we get up and pay for our food..we pull up and see on our receipt they didn’t ring up two of the fries so we mention it ay the window when we go get our food...okay usually if we forget something or they don’t add something we can pay for it at the next window or they add it in for a mistake. Well the manager who was working .. a lady with brown hair in a pony tail told us we needed to go back around, wait in line and re order amd at this time there was a lot more people behind us from having to repeat our order so we asked her why we couldn’t just order there and we didn’t mind paying and she totally flipped out and cussed us out! She used every single cuss word she could at us! I am trying to find out who runs this McDonald’s and I would like to see something done because it was totally unacceptable! It was very unprofessional! We will not be going back to that McDonald’s I would so rather use the one off of 30 heading toward pierceton! But we were heading home and Detroit street was closer!

Always good, but wish the fries were hot. It's a surprise when you order sweet tea and taste it and it's not!
