Best pizza ever. Went and picked up pizza. Ready on time and friendly service. Totally thrilled. Could not believe how good it was. Syracuse Pizza Hut is the best. I will definitely go there again.
We ordered online, waited 20 minutes and went in to pick up the pizza. When I got there, they began to scamble because the pizza I ordered was not there!! I was told it must have been given to a different person...WHAT!! How does that happen?? I was asked to wait while they quickly made me another pizza. The manager did apologize and issued a credit for my next order. The pizza was tasty! Thank you Opal for making it right!!
Very delicious! Super soft breadsticks and picture perfect hand tossed supreme pizza. Not a fan of the bottles of pop, but hey at least we are getting to go in and sit down to eat.
Bread sticks came out just a few minutes before meal had we to ask for them ... the marinara sauce was ice cold... why would you serve cold dipping sauce?
Usually no issues with carry out but dining in is a whole different story...definitely not going back in to eat here for a very long time.
