Their fast food drive up customer service is great. Four different items I asked for they were out of.
Husband was told he had to come inside to be able to claim a senior discount ? I've never heard of this . Is this your policy?
This is by far the slowest 'fast' food drive through i have ever experienced. This is not a one time occurrence. Its always backed up and you sit forever. Oh and they get the order wrong more often than not.
I know it is harder on them with the virus and everything. I just wish they had a better system for the drive thru. If they know there will be a wait maybe hand out numbers so the food runners aren't confused on who ordered what.
Extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the food I received tonight. I ordered a Big Mac that came with the lower half made (mostly) and nothing between the top two buns. The fries were burnt and old. The two kids meals didn't have toys with them. I am not sure exactly how this happened. When I received the replacement food it was all correct.
