Kiosk works great, but while key was being made there was a lot of unnecessary screens about setting up an account for going forward. Just wanted a copy of the key I brought in. I guess for someone thats interested in an account it would be a great option, just not for me.

First time through had three copies made all three worked flawlessly. added benefit was I didn't have to go through the checkout line to get back out of the store. My keys were paid for they were cut correctly and very little interaction with any other people

It took longer than I expected, but then I had 7 keys made from one original. I would guess I was there about 30 minutes at the kiosk. It all went well, except I had one key made using a special design. It is thinner than the standard key, and did not work on the door, so I have to make another trip back to the store, which I suppose would happen with a hand cut key as well. I had a bit of trouble finding where the deburring slot was located as well. It was not explicit. But I am now prepared for the next trip. I would use them again as they also had discounts.

Bought 2 replacement keys, for a 2007 Ford Focus and a 2011 Ford Fiesta. Ordered on Monday, arrived on Friday, both keys worked beautifully.nnIf there's one thing they could do better, it's maybe brush down the keys some more, as they feel like they have a tiny ridge.
