Clean organized store with friendly employees. Mrs. Sisernos in the minute clinic does a wonderful job and is a big benefit to our community. Thank you.

Ok, I really don't have an issue with the store itself. However, I don't think I will come back. The homeless in the parking lot are very aggressive asking for money and sit leaning against the wall outside doing whatever. One approached me, and I said, 'no', he then started to become very aggressive to me and my wife. Certainly don't feel safe not leaving my car there or walking through the lot while running in. the store does not seem to care about it either, they just let their paying customers take the abuse. I called, but they pretty much shrugged their shoulders

It is very unfortunate how a big company be so mediocre, I recently decided to give this company an opportunity to make business with. Since Walgreens is the biggest company according to my humble experience. Thus I decided to change my pharmacy needs from my local pharmacy to CVS pharmacy I call to make my switch from my local pharmacy to them after waiting on the phone line for 30 minutes CVS advised me to show up in person to finish my process of getting my prescription with them it’s been 3 day’s and they have not finish the process I been without medication for 5 days and I told them that it’s urgent for me to continue with my medication as soon as possible CVS answered with silence awful customer service skills bottom line my first impression of CVS not a really good one.

Chris was like a second doctor for me. He remembered my name, took his time, & just made me feel appreciated. Will always be coming back to this CVS because of that

I called cvs to get a prescription transfered from another pharmacy because my dads insurance did not cover it. It was a pricey antibiotic. I had a good rx coupon for 50.00 so I called cvs pharmacy to transfer it .well immediately the pharmacist named probaught said we are very busy, and so is the other pharmacy hes gonna call and get transferred from, it won't be ready till tomorrow. Trying to discourage me from transferring to his pharmacy. I asked him, so you don't want to transfer it?. And he was silent. I gave him the information of my dad and the pharmacy where it is at. So he said ok ill call . 5 hours later he never called. So I just paid full price at my pharmacy rather than bother cvs . Never again will I make that mistake.
