Need to do a better job with working with low income people
I brought my granddaughter to Toyota of Warsaw looking for a vehicle and our salesman was Trent. Even though we didn’t buy a vehicle, he took time and care to explain everything in great detail for her. Trent is great right along with other staff. I have bought two cars from them and had service work done . In my opinion they are the best and Trent is the star at the top of that Christmas tree!
The scheduling, automotive department and service time for the fuel pump recall were impeccable! The only complaint I have is that my 2019 Highlander no longer smells like a new car, that we worked super hard to keep. It now smells so strongly of gasoline that I cannot ride in it without it irritating my asthma.
After searching locally we found a great seelection of vehicles to select from at Toyota of Warsaw. After a 2 hour drive we were greeted and treated with respect while getting all our questions answered. We are very happy with our purchase and the friendly experience. This was the easiest vehicle purchase yet!
Cory worked very hard for us to find the truck we wanted. He was very pleasant and listened to what we were looking for. Cory was very honest and up front about our vehicle and he kept his word.nWe are very impressed with his service.
