Communication was terrible. I had a warning light indicate that there was a transmission issue. I made an appointment for Monday to have it checked out. I was told that it would be 2 to 3 hours so I took the shuttle back home. I needed the terrain Tuesday for two doctor appointments and to vote. I called four times for an update and only one of those four times was I able to find out that I would not have a car. It was now 4:45 pm, I asked if they had a loaner since I needed a car for Tuesday. The answer was no loaner available and since it was 4:45 pm by this time I could not rent a car because they all closed at 5:00. I had to borrow a car from my neighbor on Tuesday which I hate to do. I received no communication on Tuesday about the status of the car, so I called to find out that the car would not be available until Wednesday. I will never bring my car in for service unless I have a car to drive off the lot in the future. This issue is added to the issue of oil changes. I have bought three Terrains from Warsaw Buick GMC. I have always purchased the Oil change packages. When I bought the 2019 Terrain I still had two oil changes remaining on my package for my 2015 Terrain. When I tried to use them I was told they were not transferable to to my 2019 Terrain. I will no longer purchase a vehicle from Warsaw GMC if this is the kind of service I can expect now and in the future.
