I am from Ohio and was visiting a friend in Warsaw. Ended up losing my key fob but had a spare one that needed programmed. The service department squeezed me in with basically zero notice and got me up and running within thirty minutes. Not to mention, it was an extremely great value. I was expecting to take a significant hit to the wallet. Service was excellent. Pricing was more than fair. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. Talked to Bernie in re buying a new car vs. leasing. Based on the questions he asked us, we decided to buy. Then, Bernie referred us to Josh, in sales. Josh was very pleasant, patient and accommodating, making the whole sales experience extremely pain free. As I told Josh, this is our fourth Nissan. We are sold on Nissan, and we’re sold n Sorg! We don’t even bother checking dealerships elsewhere. A big thumbs up for both Bernie and Josh!
