Kyle and the team at Lakeside Chevy made the car buying experience so great! Their team isn’t your typical “pushy car salesman” experience. Instead, they are focused on finding you a vehicle that fits your needs/budget with no pressure whatsoever. I was also highly impressed with their Warranty Forever program-something unheard of with car dealerships, especially when purchasing a used vehicle. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of a new vehicle!
Almost everything went great with the purchase of my new High Country Silverado. Brian was excellent to deal with and he even came in on his day off for me. The one thing that kept me from giving you guys 5 stars is after I put $45,000 down payment on my truck I had to wait 5 days before the checks I signed over to clear. Some time in those 5 days, 7 more miles appeared on the odometer. I don't think that was very ethical to let someone else test drive my truck. Other than that, good experience.
I did not purchase my vehicle at this dealership, but when my dealer told me they couldn’t get my vehicle in for 2 weeks and asked that I make my appointment on-line, I immediately went across the street and Lakeside was extremely accommodating. Friendly service by Abby and all the technicians. I highly recommend their service center.
I would give Lakeside Chevy a higher score if I could. My Sales Professional Brian Stutsman along with his Sales Manager did their very best to earn our business. Their offer was straight forward on our trade in and was the best of three other dealerships. We have always used their Service Department also. Sales & Service, you will just find great honest people. Thanks Lakeside Chevy, we love our 2020 Blazer!!!
Shi-Ann was Great! Great experience. There was rush. Very low pressure. Never felt that they were hiding anything. Had a referral to come here. Drove an hour to buy my Truck. Had a couple of concerns with the truck and they took care of right away. Never had an easier purchase.nHighly recommend Lakeside.
