Be aware using their Drive-in Carwash. Those 2 poles had a malfunction when it started spraying soap and water onto my car. All of a sudden I heard a squeaking and scratching noise, and I saw through the side mirror, the pole was leaning against the back right side of my car and scratching my car. It means the maintenance don't maintain the equipment regularly. Went in look for the Mgr, of course she already left. The guy Alex didn't seem care, saying it's my problem. After I went off on him, their equipment scratched my car and it's my problem, he turned around and said, it's my problem to take pics to show them to his Mgr. Yessenia.

One of the worst car washes I've used. Water pressure was weak and barely removed the dirt/mud from my car. The hose would get stuck in the same spot when trying to move around. Because of its inefficiency, I had to pay more to restart it when time ran out. Then, when time was running out again, I added more quarters to add time, but it didn't add any time while it was running. I had to wait until time ran out, and then add another $3 in quarters. So I spent over $10 and a lot of time and trouble to barely get my car clean.

I came into speedway around 10 or 10:30 and there was this lady her name was Melissa and she was not wearing a mask and the other employees were and it’s not fair she wasn’t wearing one and it made me feel uncomfortable that she wants wearing one next to someone because we all have to wear one for our safety and for other.

RAY TURNS AWAY ME & MELININ FAMILY, ALWAYS BEING RUDE, MEAN, & SINCE JUNE, HAS REFUSED ME SERVICE MULTIPLE TIMES, DISGUSTING, TELLS ME TO COME BACK WHEN MY FRIEND ALMA IS THERE🤷🏾‍♀️
