Quick service, friendly, pizza was great, no mistakes just as we ordered. We will be back for sure.
People were nice but frozen pizza would have tasted better.
Refused service just because I'm not local and from out of town. Would not allow me to order carry out. I have several other friends who have had the same issue today. We will no longer patronize this business when visiting this town.
Portland's Pizza Hut has gone to hell in food quality. Not judging by a single visit either, the staff is friendly but food is usually over-cooked or old. I continue to go due to my kids enjoy the menu, but plan to bypass completely. I do not appreciate one waitress particular due to her incompetence of identifying the difference in chicken wings vs. boneless wings and overly talkative approach. Just a word of advice, when one orders wings they expect the bone, other wise they would have requested boneless. Usually one who goes somewhere to eat is because they are hungry, keep your blond gabby mouth to a minimum and get the order in quickly. I also expect my server to bring my order to me correctly, you took my order so you should be capable of identifying if it is wrong or not. Don't deliver it knowing it is wrong, huge mistake. One wants there meal complete, not fries delivered 20 minutes before there wings. Train your cooks better too, many are choosing your competitors for a good reason, there food is better.
It was done when it was supposed to be the just have trouble reading the special instructions !
