This location has been horrible lately. First, my prescriptions did not come with leaflets and I had no idea how to take them. Second, they would not call my insurance to get my updated Rx number, so I had to call insurance and insurance then had to call them. Third, and this is the worst, is that they CLOSE BEFORE 8PM and if you show up at 7:59 or 8:00 in need of a very important prescription, they will not help you. I am a teacher that spent extra time with students after class ended because they wanted to discuss some material further so I had to rush to CVS to get an important prescription that I was supposed to take that night (and sadly a prescription that would lead to significant pain and discomfort). I got there at 8pm (closing time) and the computers where already shut down and they were shuttering the pharmacy. No one else was there waiting for a prescription. I asked them if it was at all possible they could help me out as I really needed this prescription. They said no because they had ALREADY shut the computers down. The lack of being able to see me as a human in need in that moment and recognize the responsibility and role they play in the community in providing vital drugs with extremely disheartening. I have worked retail and gave people more of my time at closing so they could buy something as frivolous as shoes, but they sell crucial medications and could not spend an extra minute helping someone in need. It was particularly disgusting after I had spent so much of my (unpaid) time helping some students. They should not close down BEFORE 8pm and they should recognize the power and importance they have to help people, even if it means they get home 2 freaking minutes later. It really broke my heart and felt extremely dehumanizing during a time when I am going through significant medical hardship. I hope I never have to go back here again.
I can,t stand this location. Rude staff. Never enough cashiers! There is one redheaded ozone who works there that that takes friendly above and beyond d to sickly sweet. She is so busy yacking with the customers that it takes forever and a day to go through her line. The pharmacy also sucks!
If I could give this location zero stars I would. What happened to me today was completely unacceptable. I was threatened and harassed by an employee and/or manager and accused of stealing some M&M's and Lays chips even though I had just paid for these items and had the receipt with me in my hand as I was leaving the store! As I was leaving, this guy told me ''We caught you on camera'' and I said ''Caught me on camera doing what? I just paid for these items and I have the receipt here with me!'' I showed him the receipt and with this huge attitude of his he has the nerve to tell me ''Well I can do what I want and ask you whatever I want.'' I have never felt so insulted in my life at any CVS location. I came back in after I dropped my items I just paid for at my apartment close by and told another employee there about this guy and how he needed to be fired for what he accused me of as I showed this man my receipt. I left the store with the guy who accused me of stealing threatened me again that if I ever came back that he'd call the police on me. HORRIBLE! Call the police on me for what? Items that I paid for and have proof of the receipt I paid for!!! How dare you!!! I will inform corporate about him and I hope they promptly fire him for his horrible actions and lack of professionalism. This location has lost me as a customer for good because of this experience.
The staff both front and pharmacy are awesome! Anyone else who complains are just wanna be privileged cry babies. My family gets prescriptions from here and never had a problem and if there was a problem they’d fix it right away. And I’ve never been misgendered and they are LGBT friendly never had a problem getting my HRT prescription and they even went all out to get me and my family a good discount on prescriptions if our insurance wouldn’t cover. The new stores team is awesome I love going here and I feel comfortable especially being transgender.
One of the nicest CVS stores I'd ever been. Great cosmetics section
