i usually go to this speedway, but tonights visit was particularly displeasurable. my wife and i went in and were denied the sale of tobacco and alcohol on the premise that my wife had a temporary ID (while waiting for the card in the mail.) this isn't the most uncommon practice, but it would have wasted far less of our time shopping and waiting in line if such policy was posted upon entry. without such it just has us questioning whether or not that attendant (Liz) had paid any attention when obtaining her license to sell alcohol. i know i paid attention to that part when i got mine. found it strange when we went to the speedway next door, and were sold our alcohol without any issues regarding the temporary paper ID.
