Traci and Russ are quite a team. We recently bought a new home and I hated our entry way. There was no light coming through. For whatever reason the past owner had solid wood panels instead of glasswork for the sidelights and no glass in the front door. It was a sad welcome home.nnAfter becoming frustrated trying to communicate my challenge with glass companies Traci saw my post for help on Facebook and urged me to contact Russ. She was confident he could help. I was amazed that not only did he answer my call he arranged to come by and look at the project that same afternoon. He shared what my options were and I was over the moon excited that I could solve my drab door problem for just a few hundred dollars.
