HORRIBLE ,RUDE customer service at the DeMotte location! Its a Circus act every time I come to this location ,nobody ever seems to know what is going on ,and there is no empathy or compassion. Very rude and very lazy people who work their!! If you don’t like your job ,and you lack the skills to deal with the public then find another job! Ridiculously ridiculous!
The line is always busy when I try to call this cvs. I try to call ahead of time to see if my prescription is ready. When I come in to the pharmacy the women that work there have always been very rude to me. I’ve been there twice and both times they were unhelpful and rude.
At pharmacy people are so unfriendly, just upset them so much when you asked questions and need help
Self check out. Quick and easy!
Asked 3 times to have me script filled and mailed to me. Talked to a pharmacist and everything 3 times. Each time I call when I do not receive my script they tell me it had never been filled. Always get a busy signal when calling and have to try multiple times to get through. Just not worth the trouble!!
