Loved it today. The gentleman that was there today did a fabulous job with our party event of ladies! Food was tasty & everything was clean & organized. I had the chicken salad on croissant & broccoli salad. Very tasty & let's not forget the frozen lemonade! Yummmm
Food was cold, no creamer you have to ask for it and they only give you a shot glass of it. We asked for hot sauce for the terrible food instead of a bottle we get a small saucer like we cant be trusted with a bottle of hot sauce. Server seemed cold and disinterested in taking our order since it took 15 minutes after we got our water and coffee for us to order food. Than it took 25 minutes for our food to be cooked some how. To top it off it cost 28 dollars for two people. I could just drive to valpo and get better food and service 10 bucks cheaper.
Just opened Service was poor, food was expensive with small portion size, I would not return or go there again....
Lattes are AMAZING!ud83dude07☕ Cozy and Clean. Staff is amazing and very friendly. You've got to try it! Best In Town!
I'm giving it 2 stars only because about half of what they make is good and when they actually try they aren't too bad on the customer service aspect. I know it's under new ownership but they REALLY REALLY need to work on their customer service. First impressions are everything especially repeated first impressions. I think their professionalism is a negative rating and they would be alot busier if they'd get it together in that department. Being over staffed is better then being under. That's my biggest complaint.... so please be more professional both on the phone and in person and please treat your customers as if they are number 1! Because honestly they are, If not for them you wouldn't be in business!
