I'm giving 5 stars because of Karen. She is the best customer service person I've ever met. My kid loves her...my dog loves her. We always look forward to seeing her in the pharmacy. Never any hassles...and shes far from lazy...always goes an extra step to help. We absolutely love her. We will stay at CVS as long as Karen works there.

Hate this pharmacy! Very rude, no help, takes forever to get a prescription filled, also the pharmacist didn't know anything about medicine! Had these issues on more then 3 occasions! Will never go here again

Terrible pharmacy! Ive asked them several times nicely to take us off refill reminder calls & they get super nasty about it & keep calling my phone twice as much! I have to keep calling 1800 # to opt out & then calls will start up all over again! Ive blocked there # it still goes to voicemail! Im fixing to call corporate on them! If Im not mistaken my cousin works for corporate so they better watch out! Also they give you coupons & won't let you use any of them! I really hope when hubby gets new insurance we can go elsewhere & I can finally be done with the rudeness!
