Very slow drive through got to order wrong went to the window still had to order wrong
This site was convenient. I swung by, made my order, and was out with food in about 5 minutes. This site is in a busy area so I was impressed that they were keeping up fairly well.
I have always had a great experience at this McDonalds! Today I had an issue with a mobile order and they handled it so professionally. We have no idea how it happened, but they were so helpful and accommodating! The two ladies at the drive thru window today (10/19/20) around 12:30 were so helpful and deserve all the recognition for it. Thanks for always being a quick stop on my lunch breaks! :)
Nothing but constant chaos! All the updates and new equipment did nothing for customer service. The lines are out to the street like they have always been and only about 50% of the time do u get what u order.nnNot sure if the problem is lack of management or lack of oversight, but either way this location needs some real leadership!!
Ordered 24 sausage burritos at 9:30 PM. I was treated with respect. The service was great and the manager personally delivered my order. Nothing missing. I was impressed.
