Never been there
Worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. Sandwiches are usually poorly made. They never read what you put in for special instructions when you order online. One little slice of meat. I also ordered online, it did not give me the option for half off one of the subs, I informed the gentleman at the window. He had no clue what to do to correct it, then asked for what I assume is the manager & she also had no clue how to fix it to make it correct. I’ve sent multiple messages to the link below before with zero response.
Awful service. Absolutely appalled at how lazy the manager was. This is the worst location I’ve ever been to.

first time ever to purchase a Jimmy John's sandwich. For me, probably the last time. The meat and all was delicious, however, the bread was so hard and tough it made my jaws ache to the point I could only eat half of it. Why haven't they used soft delicious bread???? Not hard tough white.
