The property and storage units are very clean. No issues with pests. The property is gated and monitored with video. The staff was always very friendly and willing to help whenever needed. Very affordable rates. I would encourage anyone to use the facility and would do so again if ever I needed storage in the Kokomo area.

5 star storage with 5 star service. What more could anyone ask for. We are Thankful to have such a convenient and easily accessible and safe place to store some of our personal items. 5 star management is also a plus for American Storage. Thank you for being their for the Niberts!
