My two year old son managed to lock himself in his cousin's room and every other locksmith gave us a 1 hour ETA. Riley, from Pacific Lock & Key got to our house in just over 5 minutes. He attempted to unlock the door, but unfortunately the lock was installed upside down which made it very difficult to unlock. Since we planned to switch out the handle for one that didn't lock anyway, we told him to go ahead and drill it out. He started drilling and finished the job in just under 10 minutes, he even vacuumed up the metal shavings when he finished. Great, quick, proffesional service from Riley, thanks for helping my little boy!
