The owner asked me to do a review the day I signed my agreement but, not only do I rarely do reviews, I was not about to do one until I had actually used the service. It has been 3-4 months now and my very important to me personal belongings have remained dry, safe and free of pests. The owner has been very helpful anytime I have had questions and I absolutely owe her a positive review for a very positive experience!
They were so helpful and accommodating when we were trying to unload our moving truck. They helped to get us into a bigger unit and allowed the moving truck to park inside of the gate. Much appreciated after a cross-country move!
I am very happy with the concern of the management at this company. I was a new customer and when trying to put my bass boat into the stall, Meena drove by and realized that I could not use this unit. She stopped and told me that she had a space at her other facility that would work much better. Great customer service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
