Mortz Mechanical

Wake up this morning freezing cold realized my thermostat said 65 so of course I tried to turn it up and nothing happened. So I called my boyfriend who then call his friend Cole Mortz with Mortz Mechanical who showed up 10 minutes later to look things over. He said it was not the thermostat and we should call our landlord to see about repairing it. We called our landlord who decided to call Kings heat and cooling who said they would be out they had a few calls before us which was fine. Kings came out about an hour later and told us they couldn't fit in the crawl space to get to the furnace so they would have to get a smaller guy out here either tonight or Monday. Which I have to add that today is Friday and we have 18 month old son so Monday was not an option. We spoke with our landlord who had talked with kings who said they couldn't get in the crawl space to fix it so our landlord made the decision to find someone else. She made a good choice. She called Mortz Mechanical which was at our house within 20 minutes and had our furnace fixed in 10 minutes. Our service was excellent and very professional. I would recommend Mortz Mechanical to anyone they got the job done and in a timely matter. They are very affordable and kid friendly Cole talked the whole time with my god daughter who is 2 and wasn't bothered a bit by her constant conversation with him while he was working. Thank you Cole Mortz from Mortz Mechanical for fixing our heat. Our family very much appreciates what you have done for us.

This evening, I came home to a cold house. Within about an hour from calling, they showed up and fixed our furnace. We now have heat! And we will be calling for an appointment to fix a leak. Highly recommended ☺

Worst company we have ever had to deal with. Don’t waste your time, we have been without hot water for 8 days and they have been here twice. Still broken and the tech almost blew up our house! 2 visits and still no hot water!
