They have honed there craft and have all the tools necessary to be effective.nnThe defense is there to make a reasonable effort, to find out what actually happened , or not , to give the defendant a fair day in courtnnthe defendant has no tools other that defense attorney in which to protect themselves from the overreach of prosecution.nnI found Suzanne Taylor so ineffective in counsel I had to be delivered to prison before I found out what a measure 11 crime was. It would be several years after that , I found that I did not commit a measure 11 crime , nor was it close and Suzanne Taylor did nothing to stop the prosecutions overreach. Just another payday for her.nnA legal malpractice case is in order. But i think i have timed out. Its interesting, appeals and lawsuits all have time limits that expire before u get out and access tools. But I do have a voice to advocate.nI was guilty, no question, but to what extent should I be held accountable ? That was her only job and she did NOTHING ! still got paid. But much lower than a true M11 lawyer. So , i guess the price was right. But trust me i paid in many other ways that were not necessary. That i lay at Suzanne Taylor's feet
