It's mcdonald's
Worst experience ever. Ordered 2 cheeseburger only light ketchup. 2 medium fries. 2 medium sprites and a mcdouble. Stopped at the gas station and the dollar store, got home to my kids, one who had just had 3 teeth pulled, open the bag, and got 3 mcchicken, 2 mcdouble, and a small fry. 1 medium sprite. Went back to the restaurant, went inside, talked to a manager, he rang up my meal again, waited 7 minutes, was handed my bag. I checked it, was missing a medium fry. Waited another few minutes,got the fry, went outside, got in my car and checked the cheeseburgers, they were made with everything ketchup, cheese, mustard, onions, pickles. Went BACK INSIDE, told them the cheeseburgers were to be ketchup only, stood and waited another 10 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers.nnSuch a simple order!!! And it took 3 trips and a hour to get it.
Its McDonald's lol. Pretty standard. They haven't messed up my order to my knowledge.
They will mess up your order so be sure to check your food before you leave. The gentleman who gave us our food did not say 1 single word to us. Ill go back because it's McDonalds but I'll also give it 2 stars... because it's McDonalds.
It was a very slow night, but it's understandable. They messed up my drink, and didn't want to fix it at first. The food was average, what you would expect from a mcdonald's I guess. The part that really ruined it was that the manager came out and started gossiping about the other workers, because they messed up my sister's nuggets, and the manager told us that the workers purposely wanted to give us the wrong thing, and not fix it. Hopefully it's better on a night where it isn't as slow.
