Observing Covid precautions. Front counter help was quite slow
Depends on the time of day that one goes to this location as to how fast service is on food.
It's McDonalds. This is the first time I have been to a McDonalds in a long time and they didn't screw something up. I had all the correct food, drinks, AND sauces without having to ask for them.
The breakfast crew is the best, I never have issues with them. Thats the only reason this is a 2 star and not 1. The dinner people couldn't get anything right, and there were probably 12 to 15 people working. No one inside, drive thru only, had to wait for 15 mins in the lot, not including the 10 mins from the speaker to the food window. No sauce for 14 nuggets, and messed up 3 cheeseburgers. Not happy, seemed like they had plenty of managers in there but they didn't seem to care to help the workers, or me.
They never get the order right. I tell them unsweetened tea and every time they give me sweet tea.
