You had to wait to long in the drive thru.
I always have a good experience at this McDonald's. Staff is friendly, my order is taken accurately, and its always hot.
One of the fastest and accurate McDonald's in kokomo. Usually by the time I get to the window they are handing me my food. Hardly ever wait for long.
We were very disappointed that we went out of our way to take our young children to McDonald's to eat in the lobby only to find it was closed! After telling them and planning ahead to go there to eat it was a real bummer finding out it was closed because there wasn't enough personnel to handle caring for the lobby! Come on! We understand Covid19 has made some changes in all our lives but now we show up to enjoy just our children and ourselves having a small outing ruined because of lack of coverage of employees. So much for rewarding our youngsters with a little bit to eat at their favorite place because there's no one to wipe the tables and sweep.?! Really people?
Again, 5 STARS! I was exhausted after working 10 hrs, kids fighting, nothing thawed out.....MCDONALD'S saves the day again!!nMove on over Hamburger Helper Bob, WE got THIS!!
