Mariah is so talented at what she does! She does amazing color, she also is certified to do Brazilian blow outs which are ah-mazing!! She also does hand tied extensions that are top notch. Added bonusnshe is just one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met!nnThe owner of the salon has been doing various extension styles for years so these ladies have a wealth of knowledge to refer to and ongoing trainings.nnThe salon itself is chic and welcoming. They have literally every product you could ever want or need (Moroccan, Aquage, IGK, Pureology, ambre blends literally you name it) The prices are just as cheap as you’d buy anywhere else so why not buy local
Maddie is new to Twisted Sisters, she did an amazing job! Very personable! She knows how to do what you ask, but also have fun with your hair if you're not sure what you like. I LOVE the new texturizing technique she used!
I was in town for a wedding and needed help! These fabulous girls gave me a look that got soooo many compliments. Modesty did my hair and Angela did my makeup— both did a fantastic job and I enjoyed every minute!!
I had my hair cut and colored by Kelly. As soon as I met her, I knew I was in good hands. She did an amazing job. She was extremely knowledgeable, confident, listened to my needs/concerns and addressed them all. I left the salon knowing that I found my new stylist!nnThe salon itself is very clean, bright, well designed and decorated. I always dread the shampoo bins because I have a bad neck but they have the most comfortable ones I have ever used!
My daughter was quoted $49 to have colored tips over the phone so we made the appointment. I dropped her off on August 8th and went to pick her up and they charged us $188! When I questioned the young lady ringing us up she apologized but couldn't do anything (and the stylist Katie had already left the salon through the back). So I paid. But less than 8 days later and the color was completely faded/gone! I was furious. I have called numerous times and left my number and here it is October (2 months later) and no phone call. I will never patronize this company again.nn***Update:nIt took me writing this review to get Twisted Sisters to contact me back. However, after speaking with the office manager and owner I appreciate that they took care of the situation and made it right. They were very polite and professional on the phone and handled it in the time frame they promised. I greatly appreciate that!
