IF YOU VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT GO HERE. ONE STAR. Was high on this place until I had to cancel an appointment due to the lack of oversight on the part of Penny with regards to timing. I schedule my Friday appointment on Monday and am told on Friday I can't get my haircut because she has an appointment at 5:50. That is disrespectful. I truly enjoyed it here, but at the end of the day, customer service is key and there is absolutely no moral compass here. I will not be back.
I have know and used Penny's service for several years and appreciate her and Rick's work to build a business for their family. These 2 are definitely a business you should support- great people- great service- fair prices- what more can you ask?
Penny and crew are wonderful and professional. Exceptional cuts and consistency each time.
