Not open 24 hours as advertised. Planned to stop here before work but the “system wasn’t ready “ classic. Not the end of the world but inconvenient and now hungry
I have been there twice lately and there are multiple employees not wearing face masks during this time of covid!nnNormally a well run and efficient establishment, but this is just not acceptable. It is part of the protocol McDonald's states on their website. I hope this issue is addressed, monitored, and followed immediately.
The Westfield McDonald's is the best around! They know me as a regular bc I stop by there every afternoon on my way to work. I am out of there in 5 minutes or less! My shift is from 12-9pm so when I stop by there, I get oatmeal, coffee, and water with Lemon. I love the staff! Like U said, BEST AROUND!!! :-)
I visited this store on 32 and Wheeler in Westfield. The man taking the orders was rude and obnoxious. He acted as is I was an inconvenience to him. He did not offer a receipt. Maybe he woke up angry but he didn’t need to take it out on me. Plus, there was a girl behind him primping for work. At 6 am, I didn’t need to see her stomach..
Hit or miss service. Sometimes you get fast service and other times it takes 20 minutes to get your food. Stopped by the curbside pickup for mobile orders and waited 20 minutes. Had to call the store to see where my order was, as there was nobody in line in the drive through so there shouldn't have been any wait. Sounded like they either skipped it and didn't prepare it or they prepared it and gave it to the wrong people.
