My husband and I dropped off his truck tire to have a small hole repaired. 2 hours later we received a call from them stating that the tire couldn’t be repaired and that he would have to replace it. And that the estimated cost for the new tire would be approximately $600! At which time my husband told them that he would NOT be purchasing a new tire from them and that we will be returning soon to pick his tire up. We arrived within 30 minutes to pick up the tire and he was told by 3 separate service personnel that they couldn’t help him....the 4th told him that his tire had already been disposed of! My husband stated that he did not request nor ok the disposal of his tire. He insisted that they find it! 30 minutes later they brought out his tire! Wow!nThey disposed of the tire SO, we would have to buy a new one! What horrible business practice!!! I can’t even imagine how many others that they used this practice with!!!!nThere are SO MANY other great competitors nearby that you can trust like the one we used to repair the tire with no issues!nDO NOT USE Tire Discounters (Westfield)

Quality service. Slightly more than other tire stores. Everyone was very friendly and the Gm and owners introduced themselves to me. Only negative was being able to see your whole garage's cams on the tv in the lobby, I love it. But I saw my car sit there unattended for 15 + minutes with 4 employees jacking around on cam. Then they messed up a tire 'accidentally' and I had to wait another hour and 45 minutes. So 3-4 mgrs and 5 employees with on and one other person there and it took almost 3 hours for the same service I could have gotten faster at 30%less. Sorry I'm just frustrated, they are new with high turnover so I can understand.

Got my tire patched at another business after waiting for an hour and they said it would take another hour to mount. The guys here took me right in and mounted it and put my spare tire away in less than 10 minutes. I will definitely come back here if I ever have car issues again!
