Very nice facility and hope to get another spot next boating season!

Several units were broken into and Amanda told me to keep quiet about it when she heard I told a new renter. I feel like the theft was an inside job and they blamed another guy and evicted him with no proof. Im pretty sure he was set up. The place is not even secure, you can step over the fence in the back and walk right in. I called them twice with problems and Amanda kept interrupting and would not let me speak. The first time, I called to change my auto draft and I asked several times to make sure it’s cancelled on all my accounts. I rent 2 storage units and 1 outside parking in their Gravel Lot. I was assured it was taken care of. I was sent an email to sign for my new account drafts and I signed and returned. When it came time for my payment it was drafted from my old account, which caused an overdraft. I called and Amanda told me my new draft came back unsigned. So she simply drafted from my old account and didn’t bother to contact me about it being unsigned. I called and Amanda kept interrupting me and stated she didn’t recall me canceling. I called Pendleton to speak with the district office, which was a joke. The manager Maria kept speaking over me and wouldn’t let me speak she said she already knows why I’m calling. She listened to the call and verified I said do not draft from that account on any of my accounts with them. Maria agreed to reimburse and give me a credit for the overdraft. She was very rude during the entire conversation kept interrupting me. So, 10 days after I paid I received an email addressed to me with an exclamation mark behind my name requesting payment for the next month. I ignored that, then a week later I received another email with an exclamation mark behind my name asking for next months payment which wasn’t due for 2 more weeks and I always pay on time. I called again to talk to Maria and she was very rude again and wouldn’t let me speak. She said their letters all come with exclamation marks (rude) just like they are and she said I’m getting a 30 day notice to evict because they didn’t like me calling and she Hung Up on me. A few minutes later I received a 5 day notice to evict by email. They’re also liars and they tell the reps to also hang up on customers because they have absolutely zero customer service skills. The can’t handle upset customers so the just call you rude and hang up on you. The manager Maria, in Pendleton office said it is because they don’t like me calling and said I’m rude. Yes, because you have to speak loud to talk over them, they won’t shut up and listen to anything you say. Save yourself a lot of BS and go somewhere else, customer service oriented, who care about their customers. ~Angela

Rented a U-Haul from them and forgot something important in it, but had no trouble getting it back. Amanda was great to work with through the whole process. Would definitely recommend using them.

Great place. We store our things while traveling and have had no trouble. Brother-in-law checks on our stuff and the place is pretty secure and let's us auto pay online.

Excellent customer service. The staff is very friendly. Answered all of my questions and went over all of my storage options with me. The storage units and office are both very clean and well managed. Response time is quick. Would recommend to family and friends. Location feel safe and security is good.
